  • Refunds are only applicable to hosting services. Domain registrations, setup fees, and add-ons are non-refundable.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please login to your hosting account and cancel the hosting from there or contact our support team at support@ImbHost.com. Provide your account details and the reason for the refund. Our team will process your request and credit within 4 - 7 business days.

Conditions

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If you have violated our terms of service, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are not available for renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
